Phil Harvey Highlights KN Office’s Continued Growth

Last week at Synergy, we had the pleasure of hearing from Phil Harvey of KN Office, who delivered a sharp and insightful 10-minute presentation that gave members a deeper look into the continued growth and evolution of this long-standing, family-run business.

 

Established in 1989, KN Office has come a long way from supplying same-day stationery to local businesses. Today, they serve over 1,200 customers nationwide, offering next-day delivery on more than 20,000 discounted products – all supported by the latest ordering technology and customer-focused processes.

 

What really stood out in Phil’s presentation was KN Office’s commitment to specialisation and service quality. Rather than spreading expertise thin, KN prioritises excellence in every area by having dedicated specialists for each department – from office supplies and furniture to print and managed services. It’s a structure that ensures clients always get expert advice and tailored support, whether they’re a local startup or a national organisation.

 

Phil also gave us a glimpse into KN Office’s ongoing expansion of services, showing how the business continues to adapt to the changing needs of its clients without compromising on its values of reliability, personal service, and genuine relationships.
